By browsing this website or submitting a contact brief, you agree to these terms. If you engage us for reporting work, a separate statement of work will set scope, fees, and delivery dates; that statement prevails for the engagement.

Services described

Content on this site describes professional reporting engagements for executive dashboards and monthly reporting for mid-size retail chains. Descriptions are informational. Binding commitments arise only when both parties accept a written scope.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Valleybase Atlas retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables produced for their engagement for internal business purposes. Client data remains the client’s property.

Accuracy of information

We prepare packs from extracts and instructions you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful provision of source data. We are not your auditor, legal counsel, or tax adviser.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Valleybase Atlas Company Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from reporting engagements, except where liability cannot be excluded. Aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim, unless a statement of work states otherwise.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation in Ho Chi Minh City. Courts of Vietnam have jurisdiction where negotiation does not resolve the matter.
