What moves an estimate
- Number of stores and whether franchise locations share the same extract format
- How many systems contribute to sales, inventory, and cost files
- Whether same-store and renovation rules already exist in writing
- Language of the pack (English leadership notes with Vietnamese operations appendices are common)
- Rush timelines before a fixed board date
How billing works
Monthly packs are invoiced on a retainer with a defined cut-off date. Fixed projects bill a deposit at kickoff and the balance on delivery of final files. Rates are informational — there is no online checkout on this site.
