What we collect

When you send a reporting brief we collect your name, email address, optional store count, selected engagement, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie use is described in our cookie notice.

Purposes

• Responding to inquiries and preparing estimates
• Delivering contracted reporting engagements
• Improving site reliability and understanding aggregate traffic (if analytics cookies are accepted)
• Meeting legal or accounting obligations

Legal bases

We process inquiry data based on your request to take steps toward a contract, and based on legitimate interests in operating a professional services practice. Cookie consent is requested separately for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship continues, in which case records follow the engagement file. Accounting records are retained as required under Vietnamese law. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, typically fourteen months or less.

Recipients and international transfers

We use email and hosting providers that may process data outside Vietnam. Where transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Vietnamese law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Contact hello@page-valleybase.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Vietnam.
