Valleybase Atlas helps mid-size retail chains present executive dashboards and monthly reporting that leadership can trust in the meeting — and revise without restarting the layout each cycle.
Registered name and history
Valleybase Atlas Company Limited was established in 2016 in Ho Chi Minh City. The firm began by preparing quarterly board packs for regional apparel and grocery operators who had outgrown spreadsheet-only closes. Over time, clients asked for a steadier monthly rhythm: fixed page sets, written same-store definitions, and review calls timed to leadership calendars.
Today the practice focuses on executive dashboards and monthly reporting for mid-size retail chains with multiple stores across Vietnam. We remain a human-delivered reporting studio — analysts and designers in An Phu — rather than a product vendor selling seats.
How we work with clients
We sit beside finance and operations contacts during scoping, agree metric dictionaries in plain language, and protect the cut-off calendar once it is published. Revisions after month one are expected; rebuilding the entire pack every cycle is not.

Where we are
Our office is at 15 St. 12, Blk 4, An Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Most delivery is remote with scheduled calls; on-site readouts in Ho Chi Minh City are available for category reviews and board pack kickoffs.
