Asset Tokenization Studio
A 14-week studio where students map real assets — warehouse receipts, bond certificates, art provenance records — to on-chain representations with field research and legal constraint analysis.
Studio approach
Tokenization is not a coding exercise alone. Students interview asset holders, document custody chains, and identify which properties must remain off-chain before writing a single line of contract code.
Each project deploys to testnet with a written report explaining what was tokenized, what was not, and why certain design choices were rejected after legal review.

Rice warehouse receipts in the Mekong Delta, municipal infrastructure bond fractions, and antique ceramics provenance for a Hanoi gallery cooperative.
